Project Story

Manhattan West

See how Brookfield Properties and J.T. Meagen transformed a hole in the ground into a revitalization of the city.

A Gateway to the Far West Side.

Manhattan West is a 5.4-million-square-foot (500,000 m2) mixed-use development by Brookfield Properties, being built as part of the Hudson Yards Redevelopment.

The project consists of two large office towers and two smaller residential towers, as well as a 1.5-acre (0.6-hectare) public park. Once finished, the taller west tower will stand 995 feet tall, making it one of the tallest buildings in New York City.

“Five years ago, it was a hole in the ground. By the end of this year, it'll be a small city within Manhattan.”
