This capability supports the goal of data governance and provides enterprise-ready dashboards for even more insights across their portfolio.

  • Capital Planning from Concept to Completion: New tools facilitate robust, multi-year planning. The ‘project concept’ feature allows owners to capture and track ideas for future projects, assigning preliminary budgets and schedules informed by historical data. This capability is key for comprehensive capital planning, forecasting project budgets over future years and combining them with active project data.

  • Scheduling: Procore Scheduling delivers project certainty. Integrate schedules with key project health metrics to proactively surface risks, prevent costly delays and maintain steadfast progress across the entire portfolio.

Intelligent Automation with AI Innovations

The introduction of Procore Helix, the platform's new AI intelligence layer, brings practical, game-changing tools designed to boost efficiency and automate time-intensive tasks.

  • Procore Agent Builder: Now in open beta, customers can build custom AI agents to automate unique workflows. The pre-built RFI Creation Agent, for example, instantly generates RFI content and searches project documents for answers, potentially cutting response time from days to seconds. Similarly, the Daily Log Agent automates jobsite reporting for accurate, compliant documentation.

  • Procore Assist and AI-Powered Reporting: The conversational AI assistant now uses Photo Intelligence to summarize project progress and provide safety insights by analyzing jobsite photos. The conversational AI assistant allows customers to generate 360-degree reports across projects and tools with simple, natural language prompts. Procore Assist allows users to surface the insights they need right when they need them, eliminating the need for coding and waiting for a dedicated analyst.
