GB Packers’ and Microsoft Bring Innovation to Life

In partnership with Microsoft, the NFL Green Bay Packers have officially broken ground on TitletownTech, a 50,000-sf innovation center in Green Bay, Wisconsin. Coalition of Contractors Sue NYC MTA

Contractor group, the Alliance for Fair and Equitable Contracting Today (AFFECT), is suing New York City’s Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) over its debarment rules. AFFECT alleges that the MTA’s regulations are unconstitutional as they mandate that contractors be debarred from government contracts if they go too over budget or get too behind schedule.
