Matching the layout to your Sage configuration once makes moving data into the system of record clean and repeatable. What it is: A new On the Clock view in Project Timesheets on web: a real-time list of every worker currently clocked in on the project. Who it's for: Superintendents and project managers responsible for knowing who's on site. Why it matters: Manual time entry methods have made it very difficult to know who actually showed up on a given day, leaving supervisors without real-time visibility of who is actively working on a job— verifying attendance meant manual check-ins, and a site emergency meant no fast, accurate headcount. What it is: An update to the Company Time Entry open beta: a new summary grid view where users can add, update, and delete time entries. Company Time Entry lets employees who work across multiple projects log hours centrally — respecting each project's custom and configurable fields — with view, update, duplicate, and copy-from-previous-week options for faster entry. Who it's for: Payroll teams and employees who split time across projects and enter or manage it at the company level. Why it matters: Entering time project by project is slow and error-prone for people who move between jobs all week. Central entry with a grid-based summary makes logging and correcting a full week's time across projects fast — improving accuracy for payroll and compliance. What it is: Pay period controls for Timesheets. Administrators can close a pay period to lock it down, reopen it when corrections are legitimately needed, review an aggregate view of time entries by pay period, and get notified when late entries are created against a closed period. Who it's for: Payroll administrators and workforce managers who own the payroll cutoff. Why it matters: Without a way to close a period, late and retroactive edits slip in silently after payroll runs — a compliance risk and a reconciliation headache. Closing the period draws a hard line, and notifications surface any exceptions rather than letting them hide. How to get started: Manage pay periods from your Timesheets settings. What it is: Resource Planning's admin settings move into the modernized experience used across the rest of Procore: a consistent header, navigation, and layout, with a left-hand menu grouping account settings, permissions, groups, job titles, tags, assignment statuses, templates, custom fields, costing, integrations, and data management. Every existing setting and permission carries over — users see and change exactly what they could before. Who it's for: Company administrators who configure Resource Planning. Why it matters: The legacy admin screens didn't match the rest of Procore, which meant extra training, harder wayfinding, and avoidable support tickets. With admin in the same experience as everything else, admins train once and apply the same patterns everywhere — and settings are simply easier to find. How to get started: Available as an open beta. What it is: The October Materials release delivers Voiding across Materials documents: admins can void a finalized receipt, requirement, or shipment — at the document or line level — to cleanly reverse a wrong item, wrong quantity, or duplicate, with inventory, purchase orders, defects, and related documents reconciled automatically and guardrails that block a void that would leave data inconsistent. The release also adds Over Received and Over Shipped purchase order statuses, brings Materials records into Procore's global search, and improves invoice sync accuracy. Who it's for: Warehouse and materials managers, and the project teams relying on accurate inventory and PO status. Why it matters: Until now there was no supported way to reverse a finalized Materials transaction — errors left inventory and PO records out of sync with reality, and teams resorted to manual workarounds or lived with bad data. Mistakes can now be corrected cleanly, with every void captured in change history.

What it is: Automated project tracking for equipment. When telematics-enabled equipment enters or leaves a project boundary defined in the Locations tool, it's automatically marked on site or off site — no manual action. Who it's for: Fleet managers and equipment coordinators tracking machines across active projects. Why it matters: Manual on-site/off-site tracking lags reality and gets skipped on busy days, so equipment location data drifts. Geofence-driven tracking makes it fully automatic and accurate — the fleet picture reflects where machines actually are. How to get started: Available as an open beta. Opt in through Procore Explore, configure geofences for your projects, and enable automated tracking on your telematics-connected equipment. Available October 13, 2026

What it is: Equipment joins the Crews tool on web and mobile. Teams can align equipment and labor on a single crew, and equipment on a crew is easily selected when entering time on timesheets. Who it's for: Self-perform contractors and field supervisors who manage crews and enter time daily. Why it matters: Labor and the equipment it operates are managed together in the field, but they've been separate in time entry. Crews that include both make time entry faster and more intuitive — and keep labor and equipment data aligned for costing. How to get started: Add equipment to a crew in the Crews tool, then select it during timesheet entry. Available October 13, 2026

What it is This release makes extracts more complete and easier to work with: Drawings extracts can now include pinned RFIs, photos, and markup annotations alongside the drawing itself. Action Plan extracts can include the attachments and photos of associated records (Submittals, Inspections, Observations), with a new option to exclude reference documents when you want a leaner package. And Potential Change Orders (PCOs) are now their own extractable record type, so that data can be captured directly in Project Archive. Who it's for Closeout and turnover teams assembling complete project records, and anyone pulling project data out of Procore for compliance or legal purposes. Why it matters Teams get a more complete project record — including pinned items, associated attachments, and PCOs — without leaving Project Archive, packaged in a folder structure that's simpler to navigate and share.
