Juan Rodriguez is a construction professional with over 22 years of experience in engineering and project management. He holds an MBA in Finance from DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez (UPRM). He is a certified Project Management Professional from PMI and holds a Professional Engineering License in the state of Illinois, New York, and Puerto Rico.
