A Redesigned Procore Analytics Interface — Phase 1
What it is: Phase 1 of a redesigned Procore Analytics interface, focused on getting your data connected. Data Connectors and Data Configuration get a cleaner, reorganized home; security token generation, copying, and deletion move out of your user profile into a dedicated, easy-to-find spot; connecting Databricks directly is simpler; and readiness banners tell you clearly when your data is set to sync. You land right on the Data Connectors page, with a direct path to connect Power BI Desktop. Who it's for: The data and BI analysts, report builders, and admins who set up and manage Procore Analytics connections — especially anyone connecting a new Analytics environment for the first time.

Columns Studio Comes to Budget and Forecasting
What it is: Your existing budget columns and views are migrating to Columns Studio — the new home for building financial columns and views, and the foundation for the next round of forecasting capabilities. Who it's for: Anyone who configures Budget and Forecasting columns and views. Why it matters: A cleaner, more intuitive place to work with columns — and the platform launchpad for new functionality (Worksheet Columns) landing later this year. Fewer errors when building views, and more consistency across your budget and forecasting setups. How to get started: You'll be migrated automatically. From here on, configure columns in Columns Studio. Available August 18, 2026

Central Tax Groups and Reporting Across Procore Financials
What it is: A centralized Tax Platform for tracking, calculating, and storing tax across Procore Financials. Company admins manage tax codes centrally, preload future rates with an active date, choose whether tax calculates gross before retainage or net after, and group multiple tax codes on a single line item. Who it's for: Finance admins, controllers, and project accountants — especially teams in jurisdictions with layered or changing tax rules. Why it matters: Tax has lived in too many places, with rigid rules that didn't cover every scenario. Central management makes rate changes safer, lets you preload future rates so nothing gets missed on the go-live date, and handles the gross-vs-net calculations required in states like Washington. Rate history is preserved so audits are cleaner. How to get started: Join the beta through Procore Explore. Beta beginning September 1, 2026.

Granular Permissions for Incidents
What it is: A new permissions framework for the Incidents tool that replaces the old Read/Standard/Admin model with individually assignable Create, Edit, and View permissions. Admins can now set access at the section level — General Information, Root Cause Analysis, Incident Records (with type-specific controls), Actions, and Witness Statements. Who it's for: Company and project admins managing incident access across their teams, and Safety Managers who need portfolio-wide visibility without being assigned to every record. Why it matters: The old model forced a hard choice: give people more access than they needed, or lock them out entirely. For many teams, the risk of overexposure was high enough that they stopped using Incidents for digital collaboration and fell back on paper. Granular permissions let you open the tool to the people who need to contribute — field crews logging what they witnessed, supervisors closing out corrective actions — while keeping medical, personal, or legally sensitive content restricted to the right people.

A modern table experience for both Budget and Forecasting
What it is: Budget and Advanced Forecasting now run on Procore's modern table experience — replacing the legacy Budget and Forecasting tables with faster keyboard navigation and shortcuts, panel detail views for Forecast to Complete and cell-level detail, stronger bulk editing (including when grouping is on), modernized spread-column tools that let you spread non-currency values like Remaining Hours — not just dollars — and CSV and PDF exports that match exactly what you see on screen. Who it's for: Anyone working in Budget or Forecasting — project managers, project accountants, and controllers building, reviewing, or forecasting budgets at scale, including teams using Advanced Forecasting.

Workflows Just Got Faster to Find, Easier to Audit, and Safer for Advisory Reviewers
What it is: Three Workflows improvements land together this month, and together they change what it feels like to run an approval in Procore. The Workflows panel now lives in Procore's sidebar on every supported item page — Invoicing, Direct Costs, Payments, Incidents, Correspondence, Commitments, Prime Contracts, and Budget — so status, step history, and the option to start a workflow are always one click away, wherever you are. From that same experience, you can now open a full-page view of an item's workflow history, filter it by step, action type, or reviewer, and export the whole record to PDF (with attachment thumbnails, hyperlinks, and a clickable Pins column) or CSV (a flat table with linked item names and attachments). Admins can lock in company-wide default filters so every reviewer opens the history to the same view, and a new API surfaces this history data so other Procore tools can build their own workflow-aware exports. The third piece is a new Commenter role.

A Sharper Picture of Procore Adoption Across Your Business
What it is: The Procore Adoption Report has been rebuilt, with 50% more metrics and expanded coverage across the Procore product lineup — including brand-new coverage for Scheduling, Resource Management, and Procore Connect. Metric definitions and naming have been cleaned up so customer-facing dashboards align with what your customer success team sees. Who it's for: Executives, business systems leaders, and customer success partners on the Procore Analytics or Enterprise packages who need a true picture of usage across their portfolio. Why it matters: The old adoption report had structural gaps and confusing metric names that made executive decisions harder than they had to be. The rebuild fixes the definitions, aligns internal and external views, and expands what's actually reportable — so you can double down on where Procore is landing and address gaps early. How to get started: Available to Procore Analytics and Enterprise customers. Access it from your Analytics workspace.
