This enhancement allows you to consolidate all your estimate information in one place, streamlining workflows and reducing manual data entry. By automating data flows into the broader Procore platform, both General Contractors and Specialty Contractors can keep project data up to date and leverage Estimating as a central hub for preconstruction activities.

Procore now offers a powerful Company User Engagement Insight within the Portfolio tool, giving administrators and company leaders a comprehensive, portfolio-wide view of user activity across all active projects over the past six weeks. This new insight aggregates login and activity data, clearly distinguishing between active and inactive users at the company level. Key summary metrics—such as total active projects, total users, logged-in users, and internal vs. external user breakdowns—are surfaced for quick analysis.

Procore Analytics now features a dedicated Planned vs. Actual (PvA) page within the Resource Management Report, delivering a powerful new way to monitor project labor performance. This enhancement provides a clear, time-series visualization comparing your planned resource hours and costs against actuals recorded in the field—all in one centralized view.

Launching April 21st. Procore introduces the new Unfunded Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) Insight, now available at both the Company and Project levels. This feature empowers project teams and executives to quickly identify CCOs that have been created but are not yet linked to a funding source (Prime Contract Change Orders), helping you proactively manage financial risk and protect your margins.

Selecting a range of photos for bulk actions is also faster—just use shift-click to highlight a continuous group, eliminating the need for tedious individual selections. These enhancements align the Photos tool with modern usability standards, saving you significant time and effort when reporting, downloading, or organizing project photos.

With this latest update, users can instantly sync all specifications to their device using a new global Sync button—ensuring you always have the latest information at your fingertips. Additionally, you can now offload downloaded specs from an entire area with a single tap, freeing up device storage and streamlining document control. These enhancements empower teams to stay organized and up-to-date, reducing manual effort and making it easier to access or remove large sets of specifications as project needs evolve.
