Beta beginning April 21st. Integrating external estimate data into Procore is now faster and more efficient, supporting better collaboration and decision-making across your teams.The new Estimating Import API endpoints are now available in open beta, enabling you to programmatically bring estimate data from other solutions directly into Procore’s Estimating tool. This enhancement allows you to consolidate all your estimate information in one place, streamlining workflows and reducing manual data entry. By automating data flows into the broader Procore platform, both General Contractors and Specialty Contractors can keep project data up to date and leverage Estimating as a central hub for preconstruction activities.

Tier-Specific Lien Waiver Templates
Beta beginning April 21st. Procore Pay now empowers project teams with the ability to configure separate lien waiver templates for First-Tier Subcontractors and Sub-Tier vendors at the project level. This enhancement streamlines compliance by allowing you to assign the right legal documents to the right vendors, eliminating manual workarounds and reducing legal risk. The "Lien Waivers" settings tab in Project Settings has been reorganized for clarity, featuring dedicated sections for General Information, First-Tier Waivers, and Sub-Tier Waivers. Additionally, admins can now set default tier-specific templates in Standard Project Templates, ensuring consistency across new projects.

Instead of clicking through multiple pages, you can now seamlessly scroll through hundreds or thousands of photos in a single, continuous view. Selecting a range of photos for bulk actions is also faster—just use shift-click to highlight a continuous group, eliminating the need for tedious individual selections.
