Project Map on Mobile Moves to Open Beta — With Full iOS/Android Parity
What it is: Mobile Project Map is now in Open Beta with parity between iOS and Android. Field teams can view, edit, and create Punch items, Photos, Inspections, and RFIs from the map; view and share the Project Home pin and address; see the mini-map inside Project Overview; view KML/KMZ, GeoTIFF, and WMS layers; and search across tool data, all from one map experience that works the same on both platforms. Who it's for: Mobile-first field teams navigating large or spatially complex projects. Why it matters: You get a consistent, usable way to navigate a project spatially from your phone, with the same capabilities whether your crew is on iOS or Android. How to get started: Update the Procore Mobile app and open Project Map. Talk to your account team to enroll in the Open Beta.

A Modernized Observations List View
Beta beginning June 16. The Observations list has moved to Procore's SmartGrid framework, bringing faster performance and a UI consistent with other modernized tools while preserving 100% of the existing sorting, filtering, and inline editing capabilities. Self-Serve On-Demand Sandboxes for Testing and Adoption
Launching June 16. Company Admins can now create and decommission sandboxes on demand from a new Sandbox Management section under Company Admin, with the first release supporting copies of essential company settings and project financial data and settings. Use sandboxes for Procore Explore testing, integration work, end-user training, and broader adoption efforts — so teams can validate changes and ramp up new users on their own timeline, without waiting on a refresh window.

A Unified View of Specialty Contractors in Bidding
Launching June 16. Single Contractor View in Bidding now combines your Directory with the Procore Construction Network into one trusted view with consistent filters, search, and selection. Filters and qualifications respect what your account is entitled to, the side panel is standardized across Bidding surfaces, and select-all behaves as expected — giving GCs a more predictable, scalable way to find and invite the right subs.

Filter the Correspondence History Side Panel for Comments and Attachments
Launching June 16. The Correspondence tool's workflow history side panel now has a Filters control that lets users auto-expand Comments and Attachments, plus a company-level setting in Company Settings to set the default starting filter per tool. This brings the recently-released side-panel filtering pattern to Correspondence — making activity history easier to scan and focusing review time on what matters.

Company Addresses Now Appear in User Assignment Dropdowns
Launching June 16. When assigning a user to a company in the Company Directory or Project Directory (Add User and Edit User flows), the company dropdown now shows the company address beneath each name, and search supports both company name and address fields (street, city, state, ZIP). For directories with similar or duplicate company names, this removes a common source of assignment errors at the point of selection.

Keep Coordination Issues Private When You Need To
Launching June 16. BIM teams can now mark Coordination Issues as Private, limiting visibility to the Creator, Assignee, and Watchers. This keeps sensitive items out of the broader project view until teams are ready to share — reducing noise and giving coordinators more control over what's visible and when. Users with admin access to Coordination Issues can manage private issues across the project.

Q2 Resource Management Improvements
Launching June 16. Resource Management's Q2 improvements add Revise & Resubmit and Reject statuses to the T&M ticket approval workflow (so approvers can return tickets for revision without closing them), bulk equipment edits via file upload from the Equipment Register Import button, and infinite scrolling in the Equipment Register list view in place of pagination. These ship together so enrolled customers get all Tier 3 RM improvements through a single Procore Explore program.

A Cleaner, Reorderable Bidding Experience
Launching June 16. Bidding Admins can now drag-and-drop or A–Z sort Bid Forms into a permanent default order that syncs between the Bidding table and left nav, and the left navigation has been refreshed to match Procore's modern design — so the workspace matches how procurement actually runs.
