Field Initiated Change Orders combine the value of external collaborator entry of Potential Change Orders, while allowing for Change Events to be tracked internally to manage the full scope of project risk. John and Jordan will discuss the value points of change events for different organizations, as well how Procore now allows for collaborators to initiate the change management process with change events turned on.
