Procore's Sage 300 CRE integration now enables you to designate actual vs. marked up costs and enhance company level reporting with imported Billed Rate Transactions from Sage

Procore's Sage 300 CRE integration now supports the ability to import Billed Rate Transaction created in Sage. In addition to the lump-sum job-to-date cost values imported from Sage 300 CRE, users will now be able to view the direct cost details around individual billed rate, or ‘marked-up’ transactions in the Procore Budget tool.

Designate which cost types are actual costs versus marked-up costs and specify granular permissions for access to these details between front and back-office operations. To activate this functionality, please email erpsupport@procore.com.

New and Improved App Marketplace Search allows for easier discovery of apps and integrations

The Improved App Marketplace Search gives you faster results, enabling you to discover the perfect app or integration for your needs. Weighted heavily by an app's title and category, search results are more relevant.

Additionally, searching on the App Marketplace is now more forgiving, returning appropriate apps even when making a typo or entering an extra space. The updated UI features provide descriptive information for why an app is returned based on your search terms.

Introducing Root Cause Analysis

Understanding the data behind important metrics and finding the cause of a problem, like a spike in incidents or injuries, is a vital part of mitigating risk and promoting safety. That’s why in the Quality and Safety report, we added the ability to perform root cause analysis and exploration of quality and safety metrics.

In this report, buttons along the top allow users to view data for Incidents, Observations, Inspections, or Punch Items. The Incidents view has additional selections for analysis, letting users analyze either incident occurrences or injuries. Each view contains a dynamic visual, which enables AI-driven root cause analysis and user-driven exploration. There are also filtering options in the upper right and quick reference charts along the left that call out important data and allow for easy cross-filtering.

With root cause analysis, users can click to break down a metric by a specific field and its values, or they can use AI to identify and display the next field that impacts the chosen metric the most.
