What it is: A new On the Clock view in Project Timesheets on web: a real-time list of every worker currently clocked in on the project. Who it's for: Superintendents and project managers responsible for knowing who's on site. Why it matters: Manual time entry methods have made it very difficult to know who actually showed up on a given day, leaving supervisors without real-time visibility of who is actively working on a job— verifying attendance meant manual check-ins, and a site emergency meant no fast, accurate headcount. A live roster provides instant situational awareness, early visibility into accumulating hours, and a faster emergency headcount when it matters most. How to get started: Available as an open beta.
