October General Enhancements for Platform
Directory: Simpler Tables With Actions in One Place- The pinned right-hand column on the Users, Inactive Users, and Inactive Companies tabs has been removed, and its actions — Invite, Prequalify, Reactivate — now live in the first column next to Edit and View, so every action for a row is in one place. Action May Be Required: Procore's Outbound IP Addresses Are Changing- As part of a security infrastructure update, Procore's outbound IP addresses are moving to a new centralized range beginning in late October. Customers who allowlist Procore by IP address (for webhooks, integrations, or SSO) should update their rules or switch to domain-based allowlisting; customers who allowlist by domain need no action.
Project Admin: Refreshed Working Days Page- The Working Days settings page in Project Admin has been rebuilt with a refreshed design consistent with Procore's modernized admin pages. All settings and behavior are unchanged. Available October 13, 2026
