Early Access in Procore Explore

Procore Explore now includes a new Early Access lifecycle stage designed to help customers get GA-quality enhancements sooner—with less administrative overhead. Company Admins will see a new Early Access status pill on eligible feature cards and in the feature detail panel, plus a new Early Access option in the global filter to quickly find what’s available. For select Tier 3 updates that don’t require Pilot or Beta stages, features can move directly into Early Access once they’re code complete and fully QA’d, while still awaiting formal GA packaging and GTM timing. Enrollment is also streamlined: instead of opting into many individual programs, admins can join a single Early Access program (for example, a quarterly program), with new additions automatically enabled for participants—and then automatically transitioning to Default ON when the features reach GA. This reduces opt-in fatigue, accelerates time-to-value, and gives early adopters more time to prepare training and SOP updates ahead of the broader rollout.

Streamline Submittals with Dynamic Submittal Plan

Beta beginning May 19. Procore is introducing the Dynamic Submittal Plan (DSP) in open beta, designed to bring greater efficiency and predictability to your project’s submittal process. With DSP, you can now base all submittal deadlines on a single future completion date, ensuring materials are approved with enough lead time for procurement and installation. Key features include an intuitive Submittal Plan card that centralizes all date-related information, automated calculation of Final Due Dates and Submit-By Dates based on your required on-site date and lead times, and seamless integration with your Procore Schedule to auto-populate activity dates. The new Submittal Insights card visually tracks progress, alerting you if any workflow falls behind, while Buffer Time management allows Submittal Managers to add extra days for potential delays or revisions—without impacting the final deadline. Addresses Added to Company Dropdown for User Assignment

Launching May 19. To reduce confusion when multiple companies share similar names, Procore has enhanced company selection in the Create User and Edit User workflows. Company dropdown options now display a second line with address context beneath the company name, making it easier to confirm you’re choosing the right organization without leaving the task. In addition, dropdown search now supports both company name and address fields (street, city, state, ZIP), helping teams find the correct company faster and improving first-time assignment accuracy—especially in large directories where duplicates are common.

Bulk Delete in Daily Log

Launching May 19. The Daily Log tool now features a Bulk Delete option, making it easier than ever to manage high volumes of log entries. With this update, users can select multiple entries using the checkbox column and quickly remove them all at once through the Bulk Actions side panel. This enhancement is designed to address the challenges faced by teams who regularly copy logs or need to clean up entry mistakes—especially those managing 50–100+ entries per day. Previously, deleting entries one at a time was time-consuming and inefficient. Bulk Delete streamlines the cleanup process, reduces administrative overhead, and improves workflow efficiency for General Contractors and project teams working in fast-paced environments.

Map Filters Now Persist Across Sessions

Launching May 19. Procore Maps on Web now remembers your geofence and in-view map filters, even after you refresh your browser or navigate away. With this enhancement, the map will automatically recenter and zoom to the exact area and filters you last used, eliminating the need to reconfigure your view each time you return. Previously, users had to spend extra time resetting filters and map positions after every refresh or tool switch—now, your context stays exactly where you left it. This update streamlines daily navigation, saves time, and keeps your focus on the locations that matter most, especially for workflows that rely on geofencing or filtering mapped objects.
