In January 2026, we will be migrating Procore Home to the new Hubs platform*. While the initial migration will result in some minor changes to functionality, moving to the Hubs platform will enable Procore to add deeper customization and personalization features throughout 2026.

Experience a refreshed, modern look for all Permissions pages in Procore. This update delivers a cleaner design while keeping all functionality and workflows unchanged. The upgrade lays the groundwork for future enhancements, making navigation easier and more visually appealing—so you can manage permissions with confidence and familiarity.

The Maps tool is now visible by default with "Read Only" permissions for all entitled Essentials and above accounts. This update helps users quickly connect construction data to site locations, reducing time spent searching and enabling faster project execution. Underlying data permissions remain unchanged, ensuring secure access.

Field descriptions are now available for the Directory dataset in 360 Reporting. Hover over the info icon next to any field to see a clear definition, making it easier to interpret your data, reduce confusion, and create reports with greater speed and confidence.

Procore Helix Insights is now available in all regions and supported languages. Access global deployment, accurate timezone and currency handling, retrained RFI topic models, and region-specific benchmarks. Launching December 16, Connect your United Rentals account to Procore’s Equipment tool to sync rented equipment details and live telematics. Gain real-time visibility, reduce manual data entry, and manage both owned and rented equipment in one platform. This integration streamlines operations and helps prevent late call offs for improved project efficiency.

Streamline your bidding process with new usability improvements: easily reorder bid forms on the Bidding tab and quickly search bidders by first/last name or company. These updates deliver a more consistent, efficient experience across Procore, helping you save time and reduce friction during preconstruction.

Easily remove equipment from your project register on web, reducing clutter and making it clear what equipment is active on your project. This update simplifies equipment management, helping teams stay organized and focused on what matters most.
