Beyond the powerful advancements for Procore Assist and Procore Agent Builder this week at Groundbreak 2025, the company is further strengthening its platform with additional new features and enhanced functionality to shape the future of construction.
Real-Time Project Planning: Integrated Scheduling
Our customers have asked and we have answered. As one of the most widely requested solutions, Procore recently launched Scheduling, the next-generation experience that lets customers build and manage project schedules directly inside the Procore platform. Whether importing from third-party tools like Oracle® Primavera P6® or Microsoft® Project, or building schedules from scratch, teams can create a unified master schedule view that brings project timelines together in one place.
Scheduling is currently available in Open Beta via Procore Explore. Following a successful Closed Beta with over 130 participating customers, usage quadrupled in the first week of availability to all Procore customers. Early adopters are seeing improved timeline visibility in the field, enhanced collaboration, and more proactive risk identification.
Procore has implemented a game-changing enhancement that creates a seamless connection from customer schedules to everything else on the platform. Starting in Q1 2026 when Scheduling reaches general availability, critical items like Submittals will be integrated, with RFIs, Inspections, and Action Plans to follow. When integrated, these connections will alert teams to potential conflicts—such as when a submittal deadline might impact a schedule milestone—enabling proactive risk management rather than reactive problem-solving. This integration enhances the value that Procore's platform brings to customers by enabling them to identify and address schedule risks before they cause delays.
Driving Efficiency with Unified Resource Management
Managing resources—labor, equipment, and materials—is one of the biggest challenges and opportunities for efficiency on any construction project. Procore’s platform eliminates the costly "silo tax" paid when using fragmented systems, providing the unified control required for profitable growth. To help reduce labor complexity and drive immediate field-to-office efficiency, we are launching the highly anticipated Enterprise Grid Timekeeping, which unifies the capture of labor and equipment hours to simplify payroll and ensure accurate cost tracking.
Furthermore, we're turning fleets into intelligent assets with Intelligent Equipment Management upgrades, featuring new Telematics integration, Equipment Maps, and Maintenance Logs. A limited view into fleet location and usage often challenges efforts to maximize equipment uptime and control maintenance costs. By providing real-time visibility, these enhancements enable proactive maintenance tracking, helping significantly reduce lost productivity and repair time. For example, customers like PACE Contracting are already saving tens of thousands of dollars by streamlining maintenance tracking.
We complete the operational picture with the introduction of the Materials, which offers full visibility from procurement to installation. Contractors are frequently burdened with administrative lag and communication bottlenecks caused by manually tracking material status. This tool is helping customers reduce excessive time spent on tracking materials, with early adopters experiencing a tenfold reduction in material status calls.
Advancing Safety Management
While efficiency and productivity are always important to customers, no project milestone matters more than ensuring every team member goes home safely. Today, Procore announced a major initiative in safety management by delivering a new Safety Hub that will be available to customers by the end of this year. This dedicated solution provides safety teams with their own workspace featuring customized workflows, reporting, and project views.
For the first time within Procore, customers will have a complete, unified view of all inspections, observations, and incidents in one place. Up until now, safety data has lived across disconnected systems and spreadsheets, making it nearly impossible to identify patterns or act quickly on emerging risks. By consolidating this information within a single platform, the Safety Hub surfaces near misses, high-risk activities, and leading indicators that help prevent incidents before they occur. This connected approach also delivers clear accountability—tracking adherence to company and regulatory requirements by person or trade—so safety managers can finally move from reactive incident response to proactive risk management.
With an ongoing emphasis on safety, Procore is also significantly upgrading its incident management solution. Early next year, Procore will launch Job Hazard Analysis and Qualification Management capabilities to help customers proactively manage risk.
Real-Time Financial Momentum: From Budget Tracking to Total Profitability
To manage projects successfully and create actionable, real-time financial momentum, more than just data is needed. Our vision is a complete, dynamic budget and forecasting experience that gives customers control when it matters most.
We’ve rolled out major enhancements to close the financial visibility gap. Project Status Snapshots, released earlier this summer, is a critical tool that provides customers with the ability to see how they are trending against their budget and update accordingly. Snapshots can be taken on a regular basis for analysis month over month or over a longer timeframe. They can also compare snapshots to their live budget. With the analyze variance feature in the live budget, they can select the columns they wish to compare, giving them deeper trend analysis for better data-driven decision making. Operations and finance executives gain portfolio-level visibility into forecasting processes across all projects with Enterprise-ready dashboards. This dual approach delivers the granular detail teams need alongside the strategic oversight executives require.
To provide even greater financial visibility, we’re kicking off a closed beta for the new Direct Costs Tool that will centralize the review, approval, and eventual payment of all vendor invoices. Up until now, tracking these costs has created constant friction. By keeping all invoice processing within Procore and tying those costs directly to the budget, customers will finally gain a complete, actionable picture of project profitability.
Procore Pay: Transforming Payment Management from Process to Partnership
Procore Pay is a premier payments solution, but we're moving beyond basic processing to help solve the major administrative and cash flow hurdles that slow down every project. We're introducing new robust capabilities that streamline the entire financial workflow, accelerate cash flow, and strengthen partnerships.
The new Direct Sub-tier Payments feature, entering closed beta, is Procore's solution to pay sub-tier contractors instead of having to issue a joint check. It empowers general contractors to manage and issue sub-tier payments entirely within Procore Pay, eliminating the need for manual, offline processes and disparate systems. This enhancement addresses a critical industry pain point by providing a seamless, end-to-end workflow for joint payments, helping ensure that both subcontractors and sub-tiers are paid securely, efficiently, and in compliance with project requirements.
Entering closed beta, Procore is partnering with OneNotary to bring E-notary capabilities to Procore Pay customers. This new integration will automate and streamline the notarization process, allowing for faster document completion and payment cycles. It also provides convenience, accessibility, and extra security, enabling signers to complete notarizations remotely from anywhere.
Secure Solutions for Government
As part of our mission to support the public sector, the company is seeing strong momentum around Procore for Government, the dedicated, separately hosted cloud environment designed to help contractors meet their CMMC Level 2 security requirements.
We are particularly excited to announce that has achieved FedRAMP Moderate Equivalency through our 3rd Party Assessment Organization. Public sector construction demands not just efficiency, but a specialized level of security and compliance that standard solutions can’t meet. This significant milestone validates that Procore’s platform is designed to meet the stringent federal security requirements for handling sensitive data, empowering public sector organizations and Department of Defense contractors to confidently use Procore for their mission-critical projects.
