Construction Dispatch Software

Construction dispatch software is a digital platform used to schedule, track, and mobilize field crews and equipment. Unlike standard calendars, it handles the complex logistics of moving diverse resources across multiple jobsites in real-time. For a deeper look at how this fits into your broader strategy, see our resource management guide.

Procore provides a "digital magnet board" through its Workforce Management interface. This allows dispatchers to see a visual representation of all resources, which can be updated with simple drag-and-drop actions that sync across the entire company instantly, eliminating the need for manual whiteboard updates.

When a dispatcher makes a change in Procore, crews receive instant notifications via the Procore Mobile App. This eliminates the need for manual phone calls and ensures that every worker has the most up-to-date site information in their pocket.
