Construction dispatch software

Construction dispatch software is a digital platform used to programme, track and mobilise site crews and equipment. Unlike standard calendars, it handles the complex logistics of moving diverse resources across multiple jobsites in real time. For a deeper look at how this fits into your broader strategy, see our resource management guide.

Procore provides a ‘digital magnet board’ through its Workforce Management interface. This allows dispatchers to see a visual representation of all resources, which can be updated with simple drag-and-drop actions that sync across the entire company instantly, eliminating the need for manual whiteboard updates.

When a dispatcher makes a change in Procore, crews receive instant notifications via the Procore mobile app. This eliminates the need for manual phone calls and ensures that every worker has the most up-to-date site information in their pocket.
