Construction Management Software for the Trades

Procore does have many head contractor customers, but that doesn't mean our software has been designed only for them. Procore has many customers, from head contractors to building owners, public and private developers and subcontractors of all trade types. We listen very closely to the needs of all different types of users and design tools and trade contractor software specifically for them. For subcontractors, some examples of solutions we've designed specifically for them are our Estimating, Field Productivity and Workforce Planning products. If you've only used Procore through your HC's account before, you've had limited access to our platform and time-saving tools. Of the surveyed subcontractors who upgraded to their own Procore account: 74% feel more protected against payment disputes, 81% have more visibility into project health and most reduce non-recoverable variations by 30%. We've just scratched the surface.

Procore's mobile subcontractor apps and tools allow users to access and modify project information from smartphones and tablets on the worksite. Designed to be simple and intuitive, users can onboard quickly and support all activities that would need to be done on the job or remotely. They even work in offline mode, so regardless of where the job takes you or how far away from a wi-fi connection you are, Procore will save your work. Site teams particularly love our mobile timecards, digital Daywork Sheets, RFIs, inspections and more. Procore's subcontractor apps are loved by site teams and rated 4.5/5 stars on both the Apple and Android app stores. A fully integrated platform unifies all your tools and apps into one hub, making project information accessible and reliable for all stakeholders. This creates a single source of truth that minimises errors and streamlines rework, ultimately preserving your project’s budget and overall quality.
