Quickly Filter Invoices by Payment Readiness

Launching May 19. We’ve introduced a new “Requirements” filter to the Pay Invoices (Subcontractor Dashboard) in Procore Pay, designed specifically for General Contractors. This enhancement allows you to instantly filter invoices based on whether all payment requirements have been met (“Complete”) or if any are still outstanding (“Incomplete”). Now, you can easily identify which invoices are truly ready for payment without the need to click into each one or manually audit requirements. This update streamlines your workflow by reducing the time and effort spent preparing disbursement batches, especially when managing high volumes of invoices. By making it simple to distinguish between “pay-ready” and “not pay-ready” invoices, you can process payments more efficiently and with greater confidence.
