What it is: Owners Portfolio Management turns Procore's company-level experience for owners into a portfolio command center, with a dedicated Owner Hub Page: a Project List card with inline and bulk editing across up to 50 projects, advanced filtering, automatic cost roll-ups, new Priority and Estimated Budget fields, saved views, project favoriting, and a Map view. A separate Cost Management Hub Page brings together a Financial Scorecard with aggregated budget data.
Who it's for: Owners managing capital programs and dozens of projects at once.
Why it matters: For the first time, Procore's company-level surface reflects how owners actually work, across the whole portfolio rather than one project at a time, so leadership can track value, budget, and dates in one place.
