Launching April 21st. Procore introduces Procore Sign (powered by Levelset), a fully embedded invoice signing experience for Procore Pay. This new feature gives General Contractors a seamless, native alternative to DocuSign for subcontractor invoice signatures—directly within the Procore Subcontractor Invoice workflow. With Procore Sign, company admins can enable or disable the feature globally and select their preferred signing method at the project level. Subcontractors can now sign invoices instantly during submission via an embedded Levelset interface, eliminating delays and reducing reliance on third-party email requests.
Procore Sign offers flexible signing timing: require signatures at submission (default) or after invoice approval. A new “Invoice Signed” requirement is now visible in the Payment Requirements table and Sub Invoices dashboard, ensuring compliance is automated and transparent. If invoice details change after signing, signatures are automatically voided and must be re-collected, maintaining data integrity.
By moving the signature step to the point of submission, Procore Sign streamlines the process, reduces costs associated with per-envelope DocuSign fees, and ensures signatures are always captured before approval. This update empowers General Contractors to automate compliance, accelerate payment workflows, and provide a smoother experience for subcontractors—all within Procore.
