With Materials Requirements, you can efficiently group and plan all the items needed for each stage of your project, replacing fragmented manual tracking with a single, reliable source of truth. This update enables real-time visibility into material availability and provides automated status updates—such as “On Track” or “Delayed”—so teams can proactively manage delivery risks and keep construction schedules moving forward.
The new import functionality allows you to create Requirements documents by uploading up to 20,000 lines at once using a standard Excel template. The process runs in the background, letting you stay productive, and validates your entire file for high data accuracy. If an upload fails, you’ll receive a detailed error log to quickly resolve issues and re-upload your information. These enhancements empower teams to plan at scale, reduce manual effort, and ensure materials are always where they need to be, when they need to be there.
