Beta beginning April 21st. Procore introduces Connected Submittals Data Retention. This feature automatically copies submittals from an upstream company to a downstream company’s Procore account when they are included on the distribution list and the submittal is closed and distributed. Downstream companies will see these submittals in a dedicated list, ensuring permanent retention and easy access—eliminating manual transfers and reducing the risk of lost documentation. This enhancement streamlines collaboration by allowing each company to maintain its own records without disrupting internal workflows or sharing unnecessary internal information. Connections can be disabled at any time, giving users full control over which submittals sync to their account. There are no changes to RFI, Daily Log, or Punch List workflows, and legacy submittals outside the Connect platform remain unaffected.
