Procore Announces Appointment of Seasoned Executive and Board Leader Ron Hovsepian to Board of Directors
Veteran Technology Leader Deepens Company’s Expertise in Driving Global Strategy and Accelerating Market Growth
CARPINTERIA, Calif., January 7, 2026 —
Procore Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: PCOR), the leading global provider of construction management software, today announced its recent appointment of Ron Hovsepian to its Board of Directors. Hovsepian currently serves as CEO and Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of Skillsoft Corporation, a leading educational technology company.
Hovsepian is a highly-respected technology industry veteran and board leader who brings decades of experience leading companies to the next stage of growth and innovation. Prior to Skillsoft, he served as President and CEO of Indigo Ag, Intralinks, and Novell, and Executive Partner at Flagship Pioneering, a life sciences venture capital firm; and held various senior leadership positions during his approximately 16-year tenure at IBM. Hovsepian has also held a number of board leadership positions, including as Chair of the Board of Directors of Ansys from 2019 until its acquisition by Synopsys in July 2025; and as Non-Executive Chair of the Board of Directors of ANN from 2005 to 2015. He also previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of Pegasystems, Intralinks and Novell.

Brian Feinstein has stepped down from Board of Directors
Procore also announced that Brian Feinstein has resigned from the Board of Directors. Feinstein, a Partner at Bessemer Venture Partners, served on Procore’s Board of Directors from June 2014 to December 2025.
