The formal designation of an individual or business entity issued by a public sector authority, professional association, or business that promotes full participation of the community.
A Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) is a designation given to businesses that meet specific criteria, such as being minority-owned or small businesses. Certification can provide advantages in bidding for public contracts and accessing financial incentives, promoting diversity and inclusion in the industry.
