Scheduled to launch May 20, Project-Level Workflow Configuration empowers project teams to create and customize workflows directly within their project environment. This enhancement eliminates the need for company-level permissions, allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency. Customize workflows to fit specific project needs, save time, and boost productivity—all while maintaining necessary oversight and control.
With Project-Level Workflow Configuration, project teams gain the ability to customize workflows directly within the project. This flexibility is intentionally governed, as company admins can choose which tools allow project-level workflow customization. This ensures guardrails are in place for more tightly controlled tools, while still enabling flexibility for tools where project-specific variations are common.
Once enabled, Workflow Managers can:
Copy and adapt existing company templates for specific project needs.
Build brand-new workflows from scratch—only for their project or, if allowed, for reuse.
Clearly see whether a workflow was created at the company or project level.
This delivers a scalable and flexible system where customization happens with the right level of oversight, helping teams move fast and stay aligned. This feature is rolling out to all Workflow tools, excluding Procore Pay and Correspondence (planned for a future release). Learn more about Workflows.
