Enhance Your Financial Oversight with New Owner Invoice Columns

Coming the week of August 11, more detailed financial insights with our latest update to the Invoice Management solution. This release introduces additional Owner Invoice columns, providing construction professionals with a comprehensive view of financial commitments. By enhancing visibility and management of financial data, users can make informed decisions, streamline processes, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Perfect for document controllers aiming for ISO 19650 compliance.

This release introduces several new columns to the Owner Invoice section, along with minor name changes to existing columns, aimed at providing a comprehensive view of financial commitments.

New Columns Introduced:

  1. Gross Amount - Displays the total billed amount, including work complete and materials, before retainage adjustments.

  2. Net Amount - Shows the billed amount after retainage adjustments.

  3. Previous Budget Changes - Lists the scheduled value of all budget changes from previous invoices.

  4. Budget Changes This Period - Details the scheduled value of budget changes added in the current invoice.

  5. Previous Changes - Displays the scheduled value of all change orders from previous invoices.

  6. Changes This Period - Lists the scheduled value of change orders added in the current invoice.

  7. Materials Retainage this Period - Indicates the retainage held on materials billed in this period.

  8. Total Retainage this Period - Shows the difference in total retainage between the current and prior invoices.

  9. Total Completed & Stored to Date from Previous ($) - Displays the total completed and stored amount from the previous invoice.

  10. Total Completed & Stored to Date from Previous (%) - Shows the percentage of total completed and stored from the previous invoice.

Name Changes for Clarity:

  • Materials Retainage ($) is now Total Materials Retainage ($)

  • Materials Retainage (%) is now Total Materials Retainage (%)
