Beta beginning March 17th. Procore Materials is a powerful new solution that brings advanced materials management capabilities—powered by SiteSense—directly to the Procore platform. With Procore Materials, general and specialty contractors can now seamlessly track materials from purchase through delivery and installation, all within a single, integrated workflow. This new tool provides real-time visibility into material status across the supply chain, enabling field and back-office teams to stay aligned and reduce redundant communication. Teams can receive materials on mobile devices, manage inventory, and issue or track materials as they move or are installed on the jobsite.
The solution also streamlines vendor management by allowing users to capture and manage defects at the point of receipt, and supports a 3-way match between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices for greater financial accuracy.
Procore Materials offers robust reporting through 360 Reporting, real-time inventory counts by location, and AI-driven insights to help teams proactively address schedule and financial risks. Future integrations will expand capabilities to include advanced resource management, inspections, spatial location tracking, and sensor-based real-time material monitoring.
By centralizing materials management, Procore Materials helps mitigate project delays, reduces non-productive time, and empowers teams with the data they need to keep projects on track. This open beta is available to North American customers, with plans to expand to additional regions soon.
