Better Healing from Better Hospital Design & Construction

Opening in the Fall of 2021, the Hale Family Building is an 11-story, state-of-the-art facility that will enable Boston Children's Hospital to to provide enhanced and more efficient care to critically ill-children, young adults, their families, and the hospital staff that care for them.Thanks to the combined efforts of Suffolk Construction, E.G. Sawyer, and others, the building will contain a state-of-the-art 30-bed NICU, a 5-story Heart Center, integrated high-tech surgical floors and clinical labs, and 25% more green and open space. All construction is being executed in accordance with the goal of creating safe, meaningful spaces that aide in the healing process without impacting the overall cost.
