Change Event Descriptions in PCI Line Items: The CE (Change Event) description is now automatically included in all PCI (Prime Contract Item) line item descriptions, providing clearer context and traceability for every change order. This streamlines communication and reduces manual entry, ensuring all stakeholders have the information they need at a glance.
Scheduling Impact Export: When exporting PCCOs (Prime Contract Change Orders) to CMiC, schedule impact fields—such as days impacted and revised substantial completion dates—are now included. This allows for more accurate project timeline tracking and ensures that schedule changes are reflected in both Procore and CMiC, supporting better project planning and accountability.
Prime Contract Setting for Estimate Removal: For self-perform customers who prefer to track costs through budget changes rather than change orders, a new project-level setting allows PCCOs to be exported with $0 estimate line items. This setting ensures that only revenue changes are sent to ERP, while cost tracking is managed through budget changes, aligning with your preferred financial processes.
