Our platform has since helped hundreds of specialized applications connect project records. But keeping customers ahead of the market requires evolving that foundation, moving from data exchange to an ecosystem of agents capable of acting on intelligence across systems.
Today, the bottleneck isn’t getting tools to integrate. It’s connecting disparate data points to evaluate project health, applying judgment, and taking informed action. A safety platform can spot a hazard, but it can’t log an observation in Procore. A scheduling tool can flag a delay, but it can’t pull the visual proof or take steps to resolve it without a custom integration. When systems stop at reporting, teams spend valuable time copying information between tabs instead of building.
At Groundbreak, we are launching the Agent Marketplace to further advance Procore’s system of intelligence. By combining Procore’s project intelligence with the specialized capabilities of trusted partners, the Agent Marketplace allows customers to extend Procore AI’s reach across the tech stack. It turns multi-system workflows into coordinated, active execution.

What's launching
The Agent Marketplace is a dedicated section within the Procore Marketplace where Procore AI customers can discover, install, and deploy AI agents built by Procore's trusted partners directly inside Procore. These agents are capable of reasoning across systems in a single conversation, in real time. Instead of exporting your project data into a dozen different agents to get answers, the Agent Marketplace securely brings the AI across the systems.
At Groundbreak, we are launching with an initial set of 15 partner-built agents with more partner agents to be added, as we enable you to scale their AI capabilities. Marketplace agents will be available for Digital Coworker Pro and Digital Coworker Enterprise plans. Usage simply draws on the Procore AI credits.
The power of the trusted ecosystem
Here's the part worth noting: building this new agentic ecosystem didn't require partners to hand Procore their data, and it didn't require Procore to hand partners ours.
The old model for cross-system AI was data export — pull everything into one place so an algorithm could run over the top of it. That approach is slow to build, expensive to secure, and brittle every time systems change. It also means every integration partner has to go rebuild the same data-sync infrastructure Procore spent years building, just to get to the starting line.
The Agent Marketplace takes a different approach: agents reach across systems instead of copying them. Procore AI calls into the partner agent through a governed connection. Each side keeps its own data, its own security model, its own datasets. You get one coherent answer, sourced and cited from both. It's a model built on the idea that the most valuable thing any partner can bring isn't a copy of Procore's data, it's their unique expertise and information.

We believe optionality enables customers to get more out of Procore AI. By design, you will see multiple vetted partners solving similar challenges. Reality capture is a good example. While we recently deepened our native capabilities by acquiring DroneDeploy, we continue to welcome specialized reality capture partners into the Agent Marketplace. Each tackles visual intelligence differently—whether it's auto-closing punch list items against a 360° capture or flagging schedule delays with visual proof. A managed, trusted marketplace means customers have the flexibility to choose the tool that fits their workflow, with the confidence that every agent has been validated for security and performance.

The Agent Marketplace is built on a governed foundation designed for the enterprise. When you deploy a partner agent, your project data stays securely protected inside Procore. Through per-user OAuth authentication, these agents assume the exact identity and permission levels of the user interacting with them. An agent can only access and cross-reference the data that the specific user is already approved to see.
United Rentals: A strategic partner on the mainstage
Featured on the Groundbreak mainstage, United Rentals is a prime example of what this looks like in practice. Imagine sitting in a jobsite trailer, reviewing your schedule, and realizing you need temporary power to keep work on track. Rather than jumping into a separate rental portal, you simply ask Procore AI for a generator.
The agent analyzes your project scope, verifies equipment specs against the schedule, and surfaces nearby, available options—handing the final decision back to you. That is the real power of the Agent Marketplace: turning project context into real-world action, all without leaving Procore.
From ideation to production in record time
In September, two dozen partners spent a full day at a Partner Hackathon in our Austin HQ building live, cross-platform agents with the Procore team — not mockups, actual agents running against real Procore and partner data. Several of what's shipping at Groundbreak came directly out of that room.

Safety & Incident Response (BiltOn, Breadcrumb): Transforms daily observations into safety alerts, while comparing daily pre-task plans against master schedules to catch understaffed or delayed work on the same day.
Schedule Risk & Project Controls (Planera): Protects project timelines by scanning open RFIs and project records against upcoming schedule milestones to rank critical path delay risks.
Certified Payroll & Labor Compliance (Lumber): Automates certified payroll tracking and prevailing wage compliance, turning complex labor reporting into simple conversational queries.
Subcontractor Prequalification (Bespoke Metrics): Brings COMPASS prequalification scores and capacity limits directly into Procore AI, allowing estimating teams to evaluate bidder qualification and aggregate risk before awarding contracts.
Document Intelligence (Egnyte): Cross-references lien waivers, submittals, and closeout drawings against Procore commitments to confirm if a trade partner is cleared for payment.
Also launching today are additional specialized partner agents—including insurance and COI validation from Billy, labor job costing from Miter, BIM design quantity extraction from Arcol, supply chain tracking from Kaya AI, municipal inspection tracking from Provizual, and federal tax advisory from Wipfli Advisory LLC.
