Turn scattered project data into an operational advantage
Procore AI deploys specialized, construction-native agents directly inside the platform your teams already use, turning fragmented project information into secure, automated action.
Let agents do the work, you make the call
AI agents draft your RFIs, review submittals, and fill out daily logs. Your field and office teams review and approve every output, so you stay in full control.
Execute agentic action directly in Procore
No rip-and-replace, no manual integrations, no waiting on IT. Agents read the documents, drawings, and records in Procore — so it's delivering results for your projects in days, not quarters.
Get clear citations for every AI answer
Verify every response instantly. Assistants back up their reasoning with exact version numbers and direct document links, giving your team data they can confidently defend.
Protect your project permissions
Keep sensitive details private without extra setup. Your existing platform permissions carry straight over so crews only see files they are allowed to access.
“It’s about getting to decisions faster with high confidence. The more we can reduce that cognitive load of trying to find the right information, the more efficient our teams become.”
Hamzah Shanbari
Director of innovation, Haskell
“You have an RFI agent, a submittal agent, a schedule agent, and they talk to each other. They present a synopsis, and then you take that to a supervisor. That’s where the value is.”
Mandar Joshi
Director of Project & Process Controls, Bernards
“We already have a lot of historical data — how we’ve done things, how we’ve solved problems. Procore AI gives us a way to consolidate that and make it more accessible.”
Joe Moses
Controller, SJ Hamill Construction, LLC
“AI allows project managers to multitask at a level that simply wasn't possible before. It’s like having bionic arms; allowing us to operate with a lean organization while maintaining growth and operational cadence.”
Marc DiGuiseppe
Vice President of Project Delivery, Catalyze
“This is bigger than just saving time. The contractors that figure out how to operationalize AI are going to have a real advantage over the ones that don’t.”
Jason Grafton
VP of Operations, KD Construction

FAQs
Your ideal plan depends on your project volume and where you are on your AI journey.
Starter is perfect for teams looking to help eliminate manual lookup and administrative drag with a predictable, flat-fee project model.
Pro and Enterprise are built for organizations looking to customize their AI strategy, deploy advanced agents across deep data silos, and scale their usage flexibly using credits.
The Starter Pack includes five out-of-the-box agents directly into your daily workflow:
Deep Search Agent: Instantly finds technical details across scattered files via plain English.
RFI Agent: helps speed up response times by automatically drafting RFIs based on project context.
Submittal Review Agent: Automatically cross-checks incoming submittals against your spec book.
Daily Log Agent: Automatically compiles field reports, photos, and notes into structured logs.
Contract Review Agent: Audits legal and project documents to help flag hidden scope gaps or risk.
The Pro plan includes 20 agents. Learn more about our agents.
The Enterprise plan unlocks the ability to configure and build custom agents tailored to your specific corporate SOPs.
Credits are the flexible currency used to power agent tasks on our usage-based plans. Instead of charging per user or per seat, credits allow your entire workforce to leverage Procore AI. Credits are consumed at data ingest, and when agents are performing value-add tasks. This allows your costs to scale with the actual operational value and time-savings your business achieves.
