Launching April 21st. Procore’s Photos web viewer has been completely redesigned to deliver a faster, more intuitive experience for project teams. The new dual-pane layout puts essential project information—like Album, Location, and Trade—on the left, while actions and conversations are organized on the right. Both panels are fully collapsible, giving you control over your workspace.
With this update, you can now edit key project data inline, directly within the viewer, eliminating the need to open separate windows or hunt through hidden menus. The description area expands as you type, making it easier to add detailed notes without running out of space. Photo-specific technical data is clearly separated from project context, so you can quickly scan and update information at a glance.
This streamlined approach reduces friction and saves time, turning photo documentation from a tedious task into a seamless part of your workflow. By making it easier to label, describe, and organize photos, your team can capture and share jobsite context more efficiently—ensuring that critical project details are always accessible and up to date.
