Company and Project-level Asset Register

BetaApr 28, 2026

Company and Project-level Asset Register in Beta starting May 19 A centralized asset register built into Procore that captures fixed, installed asset data — HVAC systems, chillers, switchgear, fire protection, boilers — directly in the construction workflows your teams already use. Assets link to Submittals, Inspections, RFIs, and Observations as work happens, building a structured, auditable record from first install through handover. Export that record at closeout in PDF, Excel, or Zip — ready to load into your FM or CMMS system on Day 1.

Asset Management is built for anyone who's ever inherited a binder at closeout and spent weeks figuring out what was actually installed: - Owners and Owner-Operators who need a structured data transfer into their CMMS or FM system — not a pile of PDFs to clean up - General Contractors who want to unlock final retainage faster and stop having substantial completion conversations driven by missing documentation - Specialty Contractors who need a timestamped record of what they installed, when, and to what spec — so pay applications don't get disputed and warranty claims don't become liability For teams in Europe, Asset Management is also a core part of Procore's Common Data Environment — supporting ISO 19650 compliance and Building Safety Act Golden Thread obligations from within the workflows you're already using. The handover "data dump" — disconnected spreadsheets, missing O&M manuals, weeks of CMMS re-entry — costs time and money before a building ever opens. For European teams, it's also a compliance risk under ISO 19650 and the UK Building Safety Act. Asset Management captures verified, structured asset data in the flow of work — so handover is a clean data transfer, not a last-minute scramble.

How to get started: Beta is available May 19 via Procore Explore. Company Admins can enable it at the company or project level and begin linking assets to existing workflows immediately.
