Bulk Assignee Management for Workflows

Launching May 19th. Procore now offers Bulk Assignee Management, empowering Company Admins to efficiently replace or delegate workflow assignees across multiple projects in a single action. This new capability, accessible via Company Admin > Bulk Assignee Management, streamlines personnel changes—such as departures, reassignments, or temporary leaves—by eliminating the need to update each project individually. Admins can choose between permanent replacements for long-term changes or temporary delegations to cover short-term absences. The system automatically updates all selected projects, including both workflow presets and in-flight instances, and ensures data integrity by validating permissions and updating linked Project Roles as needed.
