This new functionality enables multiple reviewers to act on the same workflow step simultaneously, streamlining approvals and minimizing delays. It’s especially valuable for processes with multiple stakeholders, such as owner invoice approvals. Instead of sequential approvals, Parallel Workflow Responders allow all stakeholders to review invoices at the same time—accelerating approvals, enabling timely payments, and potentially cutting the approval cycle from weeks to days.
