Launching April 21st. Procore Pay now empowers General Contractors to launch and manage Early Pay Programs (EPPs) directly within the platform. With this release, GCs can create flexible programs featuring customizable discount rates and payment timing templates, tailored to individual projects. Eligibility can be managed at a granular level, allowing GCs to designate trade partners for standard or preferred rates, or mark them as ineligible—supporting risk management and strategic partnerships, including those with minority-owned businesses.
The process is fully automated: once a commitment is approved, eligible subcontractors are invited to opt in, and all future invoice discounts and due dates are calculated automatically. Payments are seamlessly adjusted to reflect agreed discounts, while lien waivers continue to show the original invoice value for transparency.
