Perry Wallack Joins Procore's Board
CARPINTERIA, Calif., July 7, 2016 — Procore, a leader in cloud-based construction management software, today announced the appointment of Perry Wallack, co-founder of Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), to its board of directors. Wallack, who recently retired from his role as Cornerstone's chief financial officer, held the position for over 16 years since the company's inception in 1999. Wallack also serves on the boards of TigerText and Kareo.

During Wallack's tenure as chief financial officer, Cornerstone's performance made it one of the fastest growing publicly traded software companies in the world, with compound annual revenue growth of 50 percent since the company's initial public offering in 2011.
