A form of construction management where an individual or organization performs all of the required services using its own, in-house staff.
Owner-managed construction involves the owner taking a hands-on approach to managing the project, often directly hiring contractors and overseeing the construction process. This can provide greater control and flexibility but requires significant expertise and resources to manage effectively.
