Beta beginning Feb 16th. Procore’s Resource Planning tool now supports Equipment Requests in the new Gantt view (Open Beta), bringing equipment scheduling in line with labor management. With this update, users can create requests for labor, equipment, or both directly from the Assignment Tearsheet, streamlining project resource planning and coordination. This enhancement also introduces the necessary API support for mobile equipment requests and paves the way for equipment requests on the new Boards. By allowing placeholders for equipment until a specific asset is assigned, teams gain greater flexibility and foresight in scheduling, helping to keep projects on track and resources optimally allocated.
