Enhanced Access to Private Observations

Launching December 16, Procore has updated the 'View Private Observations Assigned to Users within Same Company' permission. Users can now view private Observations if anyone in their company is the creator, an assignee, or on the distribution list, improving visibility and collaboration across teams.
