Resource Planning now has a new administrator-controlled setting that enables the automatic truncation of current resource assignments and archiving of future assignments when a resource is marked as “Inactive”.
This automation addresses user feedback from 17 customer accounts. Whether the resource is made inactive via API, integration or user interface this setting will save time by automatically updating current assignment and improve efficiency by searching for and removing the inactive resource from future assignments.
