Construction Collaboration Software

Procore protects project records by moving data from fragmented silos into a unified environment. Designed with security at its core, the platform uses granular permission levels to manage access to site diaries, current drawings, and financial records, helping to protect sensitive information from unauthorised access. By unifying communication in one central hub, you maintain a permanent, unchangeable audit trail of every decision and update. This provides the visibility needed to mitigate risk and supports the Golden Thread of information, giving your team the foresight to drive predictable outcomes while meeting rigorous industry compliance standards.

Procore provides the unified visibility and control needed to maintain the Golden Thread of information as required by the Building Safety Act. By connecting site and office teams in near real-time, every drawing markup, site diary entry, and RFI is captured within one central hub. This supports a complete, auditable history of the build, providing Main Contractors with the documented evidence required for a successful project handover. This unified approach moves your data out of fragmented silos and into a permanent record that protects your business and ensures long-term asset health.

Yes. Procore is built for the reality of the site, where connectivity is never guaranteed. Site teams can capture progress, update site diaries, and log snag list items directly on their mobile device even without a signal. Once a connection is re-established, updates sync to the central hub to keep the project programme moving. This resilience provides the office with the visibility needed to drive predictable outcomes and maintains a continuous project record to support the Golden Thread.

Procore unifies the site and office by providing one central hub for all project intelligence. By replacing fragmented email chains with near real-time collaboration on current drawings and RFIs, teams eliminate the data gaps that lead to costly rework. This unified approach mitigates risk and keeps everyone on the same page, providing the visibility Main Contractors need to drive predictable outcomes and maintain a resilient project record that supports the Golden Thread.
