Launching April 21st. Procore introduces the new Unfunded Commitment Change Orders (CCOs) Insight, now available at both the Company and Project levels. This feature empowers project teams and executives to quickly identify CCOs that have been created but are not yet linked to a funding source (Prime Contract Change Orders), helping you proactively manage financial risk and protect your margins.
At the Project level, the insight provides a clear view of outstanding change orders that could become non-reimbursable costs, complete with a visual aging breakdown (0–30, 31–60, and 60+ days) and a prioritized table of the highest-value unfunded CCOs. At the Company level, executives and financial controllers gain a consolidated view of unfunded exposure across all active projects, making it easy to spot trends and intervene where needed.
This automated insight eliminates the need for manual cross-referencing between Commitments and Prime Contract tools, reducing the risk of revenue leakage and ensuring every dollar of work is properly funded. With new granular permissions, access is secure and tailored to your organization’s needs. The Unfunded CCOs Insight is available to customers entitled to Procore Analytics and Insights (Cost Management).
