Bid sheet
A sheet issued to the contractor that describes the proposed work, contract terms, bid instructions, and bid documents.
A bid sheet is a document where contractors record their proposed prices and terms for a project. It is submitted as part of the bid package and serves as a formal offer to undertake the work. Typically includes: drawings, specifications, contract forms, general and supplementary general conditions, proposal or bid forms, and other information.
