Architect

A person who holds the professional qualifications to design buildings and structures other than buildings. Often responsible for advising, planning, and overseeing the construction process.

Architects are responsible for designing buildings and ensuring that the design meets the client's requirements while complying with building codes and regulations. They play a critical role in the preconstruction phase, working closely with engineers and contractors.
