Construction facilities management software

The best software integrates construction data with long-term operations. Procore allows owners to transition from the build phase to facility management by maintaining a single source of truth for all asset data and maintenance records via its Project Lifecycle Management solution.

Procore centralises as-built drawings, warranties and O&M manuals during the project. Once construction ends, this data remains available to the owner’s team via Document Management, ensuring readiness from day one.

Yes, Procore BIM allows users to utilise 7D BIM, which is specifically designed for facility management. This gives maintenance teams a 3D visual context for assets, allowing them to locate equipment behind walls or above ceilings.

While a CMMS focuses strictly on maintenance tasks, Procore provides a holistic life cycle view. It connects the original construction details – who installed the unit, the approved submittal and the warranty – directly to the current asset status.

Tracking assets early ensures you have a 100% accurate equipment register on day one. This reduces the typical 20% data loss that occurs when facility managers have to manually recreate asset lists from paper blueprints.
