Stay on top of work-to-complete, and minimize end of job punch list items
Assign a responsible party and due date
Manage your observations through completion, maintaining real time history of actions
Setup automatic overdue emails to keep responsible parties on track

Tell Procore what to log with Quick Capture

Procore Quick Capture is voice-enabled input technology that significantly cuts down the time required to create observations. Record short videos of issues on the job site, speak to tell Procore what each item should be titled.

Monitor Progress with Due Dates

Procore construction project management software automatically monitors due dates and sends overdue email notices if desired. The overdue email notices help keep items from falling out of sight and clearly note when an item's due date has passed.

Add Details for Reference

Every observation gives you the ability to add additional clarity about the task at hand. Documents, photos, comments and links to related items, right from your mobile device. If your mobile device allows, you can even dictate text and add extensive formatting - spell check included.

Capture data important to your business

Add custom fields, identify what fields you’d like required. This will simplify processes for your field teams so that you maximize your data collection while not slowing down operations or productivity.

Identify Your Field Observations—in the Field

Field observations should be noted where you find them—in the field. Create an observation as you come across one or create one from a pre-planned Inspection. All observations will be streamlined into one list, but can be filtered based on your requirements.
