Production rate
The rate of installation, calculated by dividing unit installation by hours. For example, 50 square feet finished in 25 hours would give you a production rate of 2 sf/hr. Note that there are both actual (what was recorded) and budgeted (what was estimated) variants of this.
Production rate measures the speed at which work is completed or materials are produced. Enhancing production rate involves optimizing processes, improving equipment efficiency, and managing labor effectively, contributing to timely project delivery and financial performance.
