Instead of reviewing workflows one by one, you can now track the full lifecycle of every workflow—from initiation to final signature—across your project. New performance metrics reveal how long each step takes, who is responsible at every stage, and where bottlenecks or delays are occurring. Actionable statuses provide clear insights into why items were returned for correction or rejected, helping you pinpoint and address process inefficiencies. This enhancement transforms workflows from isolated “black boxes” into transparent, actionable data sources. By visualizing workflow trends and bottlenecks, teams can identify which roles or steps consistently slow down approvals, enabling targeted improvements that reduce approval lag and keep project schedules on track. Existing workflow columns and setups remain available, ensuring a seamless transition to these new capabilities.
